The sample below is the roadmap section of a Risk AFA, six pages, built for a fictional $60M Georgia beverage distributor. It shows what you would be handed at the end of the process: the plan, the one item finished before renewal, and what you would be signing.
Ten recommended actions in priority order, each with an owner and the expected effect on cost of risk. The first item is written out in full: what it is, why it matters, what done looks like, how it gets there, what we bring, and what the client signs. Items two through ten are sequenced by month with no decision required at delivery.
The analysis behind the roadmap: the loss-run reconciliation, the loss pick against the carrier’s rating basis, the deductible and collateral math, and the benchmarks. Every Risk AFA is built on that evidence, and it comes with us to the meeting where the roadmap is presented.
Tell us who you are and we will email the sample to the address you give us, usually within a minute. We will follow up once, by email, to ask whether it raised a question worth a conversation. No sequence, no sales calls.
