HOW WE WORK

One plan, four touchpoints, every year.

Every client year runs on the same cadence. The Risk AFA sets the plan once; a progress check in the middle of the year, a strategy meeting before renewal, and a placement built around the work you did carry it forward. Nothing is renegotiated each cycle; the plan just moves.

THE RENEWAL YEAR

What happens, and when.

Four touchpoints, each on the calendar before the year starts. The Risk AFA comes first and is redone when beneficial; the other three repeat every year.

About 3 months after renewal: Risk AFA

Prioritized actions with named owners. One item is finished before your next renewal submission; the rest are sequenced by month beyond it.

About 6 months after renewal: Stewardship report

How losses are tracking, what the plan has returned to margin so far, and where each action item stands.

About 3 months before renewal: Renewal strategy meeting

Our coverage change recommendations for your decision before we go to market, and what to expect for each line of coverage on your renewal.

Renewal: Placement

The program is built around the work you did, and the underwriter sees it.

HOW WE ARE PAID

How the work is paid for.

We are paid commission on the policies we place. For certain special projects we may charge a fee. Fees are always discussed and disclosed in writing before any work begins.
